Quality piece of hardware. This is the fourth pull up bar in my house and I think the last. It's beautiful. There is a little flex to the bar (me @ 73kg), but feels solid. Great space saver with the corner mount. Mounting hardware was beefier than I expected and the bolt caps are a really nice finishing touch and make this bar look top notch once installed. I don't know how heavy the heavy bag clip would go, nor would I install a heavy bag that close to a wall, but I'm sure for some light cardio, it could work.
I didn't receive the "free training" that was referred to in the webpage, but still pretty happy with the product thus far. Shipped to the US and packaged really well.
